No refunds, returns, credit or exchanges.
The Official Greenwich Stars uniform (jersey and shorts) is not required for Greenwich Stars Clinics and Academy. The official jersey is required and purchased separately for Greenwich Stars In-House Leagues (games). The official uniform (jersey and shorts) is required and purchased separately for Greenwich Stars Travel Teams and AAU Team players. The purchase of the official jersey and shorts is separate and not part of the fee for In-House Leagues (games) and Travel and AAU teams.
I have filled out the registration form and I am the parent or guardian of the above named player or the player as named above. In consideration of the player’s participation in the programs, I hereby release and indemnify The Greenwich Stars, Raybin Management, LLC, John Raybin, Carmel Academy and their directors, officers, employees, agents, staff, volunteers, family members and coaches, as well all owners, administration, Board of Trustees, managers, staff and operators of all facilities used for all programs from and against all claims, liabilities, damages or causes of action arising out of or in connection with the player’s participation in the programs. I hereby grant the The Greenwich Stars, Raybin Management, LLC, John Raybin, affiliated partners, the right to use the player’s name, image or likeness in all digital, electronic, broadcast and printed material.
