All deposits are non-refundable. Your deposit will be applied toward the total price or final session of your service. However, if you cancel, reschedule, or fail to show up for any of your scheduled appointments before your service is complete, you will forfeit your deposit.

Lucky Bird Tattoo requires all clients to be at least 16 years old for any services. Clients aged 16-17 must be accompanied by their PARENT or LEGAL GUARDIAN, and both must provide a valid, government-issued ID.
Acceptable forms of ID include:
Learner's permit or driver's license
State or government issued ID
Passport
School ID along with a birth certificate
If the last names or addresses on the IDs don't match, please bring the client's birth certificate along with the proper IDs. The parent or legal guardian listed on the birth certificate must be present.
Please note that all clients, regardless of age, must present a valid, government-issued ID before receiving any services. No exceptions. If you have any questions about acceptable IDs, feel free to contact the shop!
