This agreement made between East Troy Marine, Inc. located at 2708 Main St., East Troy, WI(hereinafter referred to as E.T. Marine), and the Owner named below.
E.T. Marine shall store for the Owner the personal property described below on the following terms:
Term: E.T. Marine shall store the property from the date we obtain the boat until June 1st of 2020. Boats may be stored outside after April 15, 2020. Minimum of 2 week advance notice for Spring, 2020 boat launch/pick up.
Rent: A deposit of $500.00 per boat/ $200 per PWC shall be paid when submitting this storage agreement. The owner grants to E.T. Marine a lien on the described property below as security for the payment of such sums.
Insurance: Owner shall purchase their own insurance on the described property, including loss from fire, theft, and all other perils. Owner understands that E.T. Marine shall not secure insurance for Owner's property. Owner acknowledges that Owner's property will be stored on premises rented by E.T. Marine and not necessarily on premised owned by E.T. Marine.
Indemnification: Owner agrees to hold harmless and indemnify E.T. Marine, and all of its agents, employees, and servants, from any and all loss to the described property including loss, if any, caused by the negligence of E.T. Marine or any of its agents, employees, or servants during the term of this agreement.
SUPPLEMENTAL CONDITIONS AND TERMS OF STORAGE AGREEMENT: Owner acknowledges that E.T. Marine stores property on premises not owned by it. Owner agrees not to hold the owner of such premises liable in the event of any loss, as the Owner of the property to be stored is obligated and represents that they have insurance covering fire, theft, and all other perils while such property is in storage. All personal property to be stored shall be stored, if possible, within the covered portion of said boat, unless otherwise specified. Owner shall be responsible for any locking devices or other mechanisms that Owner feels is suitable to minimize the risk of theft, loss, or other tampering of Owner's personal property. Any uncovered property that is received in storage increases the risk of such perils and Owner acknowledges the same.
STORAGE RATES: (storage includes wipe down in Spring, Spring summerizing=defog, charge & install battery, check gear lube, reinstall block plugs if applicable, check all fluids, run engine, check lights- does not include new spark plugs)
BOAT: $31.00/FT. (Length includes trailer)
PERSONAL WATERCRAFT (PWC): $295.00 (for the season)
WINTERIZATION RATES: (not included in storage rate) Stabilize contents of fuel tank, bring engine to operating temperature, remove engine plugs, refill engine with non-toxic antifreeze & circulate through engine block & manifolds, fog engine, change lower unit gear oil, grease fittings(lower unit, steering, etc..), disconnect battery, check fluid levels & inspect propeller. Does not include oil change.
