I certify that the above answers are true and correct I understand that a person who answers "Yes" to any of the above questions is prohibited from possessing or renting a firearm. I understand that making a false written statement or the exhibiting of any false or misrepresented identification with respect to this transaction is unlawful and I will be held liable.
The undersigned has read and understands the Firearm Safety Rules, understands the proper and safe use of the firearm(s) that have been rented, and understands that any and all Injuries that occur are at their own risk. Target Time Defense LLC, it's associates, and it's employees are not liable for any injuries or damages, including death. The undersigned is wholly responsible for any misuse, damage to, or damage by the rented firearms.
In consideration for my ability to rent and utilize firearms owned by Target Time Defense, LLC, of which I certify I am qualified to use, and for other valuable consideration, I hereby RELEASE, WAIVE, DISCHARGE AND COVENANT NOT TO SUE Target Time Defense, LLC, the officers, principal shareholders, employees, affiliates or any other person or entity associated with the business operations of Target Time Defense, LLC (hereinafter referred to as RELEASEES) from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions and causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by me, or to any property belonging to me, WHETHER CAUSED BY THE NEGLIGENCE OF THE RELEASEES, or otherwise, while any firearm, rented by me, is being used at Target Time Defense, LLC.
To the best of my knowledge, I can fully operate and safely handle all firearms rented by me and have sought all training programs offered by Target Time Defesne, LLC. I am fully aware of risks and hazards connected with the use of firearms, including but not limited to the risks as noted herein, and I hereby elect to voluntarily waive such opportunity, and to elect to rent, and/or use firearms rented to me, and acknowledge that the use and transportation may be hazardous to me and my property. I VOLUNTARILY ASSUME FULL RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY RISKS OF LOSS, PROPERTY DAMAGE OR PERSONAL INJURY, INCLUDING DEATH, that may be sustained by me, or any loss or damage to property owned by me, as a result of being engaged in such activities, WHETHER CAUSED BY THE NEGLIGENCE OF RELEASEES or otherwise.
I further hereby AGREE TO INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS THE RELEASEES from any loss, liability, damage or costs, including court costs and attorney's fees, that may incur due to my waiver herein, WHETHER CAUSED BY NEGLIGENCE OF RELEASEES or otherwise.
It is my express intent that this Release and Hold Harmless Agreement shall bind the members of my family and spouse (if any), if I am alive, and my heirs, assigns and personal representative, if I am not alive, shall be deemed as a RELEASE, WAIVER, DISCHARGE AND COVENANT NOT TO SUE the above named RELEASEES. I hereby further agree that this Waiver of Liability and Hold Harmless Agreement shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Missouri.
I UNDERSTAND THAT RELEASEES WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY MEDICAL COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH AN INJURY I MAY SUSTAIN.
I further agree that I have become familiar with safe operation of all firearms rented by me and any rules of the properly designated firing range and knowing the inherent dangers, up to and including DEATH, I further assume the complete risk of the use of any and all firearms rented by me.
I also understand that I should and am urged by RELEASEES to participate if firearms training offered by RELEASEES or any other qualified firearms training entity.
