This agreement releases River Haven Hunting, LLC from all liability relating to injuries that may occur while hunting at River Haven. By signing this agreement, I agree to hold River Haven Hunting, LLC entirely free from any liability, including financial responsibility for injuries incurred, regardless of whether injuries are caused by negligence.
I also acknowledge the risks involved in hunting. These include, but are not limited to hunting, injury to person, or property damage. I swear that I am participating voluntarily, and that all risks have been made clear to me. Additionally, I do not have any conditions that will increase my likelihood of experiencing injuries while engaging in this activity.
I also acknowledge that by the use of the firearms and equipment owned by River Haven Hunting, LLC that I am responsible for any and all damage to the firearms or equipment due to personal negligence or misuse. I agree to pay for any and all expenses if I damage the firearms or equipment due to my own personal misuse (drops involving the cracking of optics, actions that render the firearm or optics unable to be used properly and safely).
I also acknowledge that the species being hunted is feral pig. I understand that by the taking of any species other than feral pig will result in the termination of the hunt with no monetary return regardless of the length of hunt.
By signing below, I forfeit all right to bring a suit against River Haven Hunting, LLC for any reason. In return, I will receive the ability to use River Haven Hunting’s firearms and equipment to hunt feral hogs. I will also make every effort to obey safety precautions as explained to me verbally. I will ask for clarification when needed.
