ELIGIBILITY: SWEEPSTAKES ENTRANTS MUST BE LEGAL RESIDENTS OF ONE (1) OF THE FIFTY (50) UNITED STATES OR THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA AND AT LEAST 18 YEARS OLD AT TIME OF ENTRY TO BE ELIGIBLE. SWEEPSTAKES VOID IN QUEBEC, CANADA, OUTSIDE THE FIFTY (50) UNITED STATES AND THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA, AND WHERE OTHERWISE PROHIBITED BY LAW. You may enter this Sweepstakes only as a natural person. Employees of Sponsor, distributors, wholesalers, and retailers, and each of their respective affiliates, agents, officers, employees, subsidiaries, vendors, advertising, and promotion fulfillment and/or judging agencies (collectively, the “Related Entities”), and the family members of each, are not eligible to enter. For purposes of this paragraph, "family member" means a spouse, parent, sibling, child, son-in-law, daughter-in-law, and all lineal descendants, including those by adoption. Sweepstakes subject to all applicable federal, state, provincial and local laws, and regulations.
HOW TO ENTER: The Sweepstakes begins at 4:00:00 PM Eastern Time ("ET") on January 24th, 2018 and ends at 7:00:00 PM ET on February 7th, 2018 (hereinafter, "Sweepstakes Entry Period"). To enter, consumers must register with an email address on the provided iPad. All Entries must be received and recorded by the Sponsor’s iPad by 7:00:00 PM ET on February 7th, 2018. The Sponsor’s iPad is the official time-keeping device of this Sweepstakes. Duplicate Entries or multiple Entries made by an entrant in a given entry period will be disqualified. Sponsor and Related Entities are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, stolen, misdirected Entries, Entries that are processed late or incorrectly, or those that are lost due to computer or electronic malfunction or other error, or Entries not received for any reason. Use of robotic, automatic, or macro devices is not valid for Entry. Any Entry that is submitted with the use of a robotic, automated, or macro device will be void. Entries will not be acknowledged or returned. By submitting an Entry, entrant agrees to abide by the terms of these Official Rules, that information submitted is subject to the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy available at https://www.waterwipes.com/privacy-policy/. Sponsor further reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any entrant from participation in the Sweepstakes that Sponsor determines violated these Official Rules, tampered with the Entry process, or acted in an unsportsmanlike or improper manner.
SELECTION OF WINNERS/RANDOM DRAWING: One (1) potential Grand Prize Winner of a year supply will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible Entries received. The random drawing will be conducted within two weeks of the end of the sweepstakes. The random drawing will be chosen by a WaterWipes legal representative whose decisions are final and binding relating to this Sweepstakes. Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible Entries received. Limit one (1) prize per household.

PRIZES AND THEIR APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUES (“ARV”): Two (2) GRAND PRIZES and ten (10) First Runner-Up Prizes: The Grand Prize consists of a year-supply of WaterWipes, approx. 8,000 wipes, which is 11 Super Value Boxes (12, 60-ct wipes) for one person. ARV of each Grand Prize: $472.89 USD. Total ARV for contest is $472.89. Any difference between the stated ARV of a prize and the actual value of such prize will not be awarded. The ARV of the prizes set forth above represents Sponsor’s good faith determination of the actual value thereof, and the actual fair market value, as ultimately determined by Sponsor, is final and binding and cannot be challenged or appealed. Each prize winner will be solely responsible for any and all federal, state, and local taxes on prizes, as well as any and all expenses that may be associated with the acceptance and use of any prize. Sponsor has neither made nor is responsible or liable for any warranty, representation, or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to any prize, including, but not limited to, its quality, mechanical condition, or fitness for a particular use.
PRIZE ACCEPTANCE: Prizes are subject to the Sweepstakes and all applicable federal, state, provincial and local laws. Prizes are not transferable. No prize substitutions, assignment, or cash redemptions allowed except by Sponsor, who may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if advertised prize becomes unavailable. Potential prize winners will be contacted via email and required to complete and submit a Prize Verification Form and Publicity Release (“Prize Notification”) within seven (7) days from date of Prize Notification, as designated by Sponsor, or prize may be forfeited. If any Prize Notification is returned as undeliverable, that prize will be forfeited and that prize may be awarded to an alternate potential prize winner in a random drawing from among all remaining eligible Entries at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor will deliver the prize to the mailing address submitted on the Prize Notification, unless prohibited by law. If a potential prize winner is found to be ineligible, if he/she cannot or does not comply with these Official Rules, or if his/her prize is returned as undeliverable, that potential prize winner will be disqualified and the prize may be awarded to an alternate potential prize winner in a random drawing from among all remaining eligible Entries at Sponsor’s sole discretion. By signing and returning a Prize Notification and accepting a prize, each prize winner provides permission to Sponsor to use his/her Entry, name, voice, picture, likeness, and hometown for promotional, advertising, and/or publicity purposes in any medium and social websites, known or hereafter invented throughout the world in perpetuity, without further notice or additional compensation and to be subject to a personal background check, except where prohibited by law.
CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION: By participating in the Sweepstakes, each entrant agrees to release Sponsor and the Related Entities, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability, loss, or damage of any kind arising out of or in connection with their participation in this Sweepstakes or with respect to awarding, receipt, possession, use and/or misuse of any prize. No more than the stated number of prizes will be awarded. In the event the number of prize claims exceeds the number of prizes offered, such prizes will be awarded in a random drawing from all such purported claims received for that prize. An entrant is not a winner of any prize, even if the Sweepstakes should so indicate, unless and until the entrant’s eligibility and the Prize Notification has been verified. Sponsor and the Released Entities reserve the right to correct typographic, clerical or printing errors in any Sweepstakes materials. Sponsor and the Released Entities are not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing or production of this Sweepstakes, the administration of the Sweepstakes or in the announcement of prizes, including such error as may give an erroneous indication that a prize has been won. Sponsor is not responsible for electronic transmission errors resulting in omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, theft, or destruction or unauthorized access to or alterations of entry materials, or for technical, network, telephone equipment, electronic, computer, hardware, or software malfunctions or limitations of any kind, or inaccurate transmissions of or failure to receive entry information by Sponsor on account of technical problems or traffic congestion via mobile phone. If for any reason, this Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes. If the Sponsor, in its discretion, elects to abbreviate, cancel or terminate the Sweepstakes as a result of an infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, the Sponsor reserves the right, but shall have no obligation, to award the prizes from among all valid and eligible entries received up to the time of such event. By entering the Sweepstakes, each entrant agrees that: (i) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with the Sweepstakes, or any prizes awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; (ii) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out‑of‑pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering the Sweepstakes, but in no event will attorneys’ fees be awarded or recoverable; and (iii) under no circumstances will any entrant be permitted to obtain any award for, and each entrant hereby knowingly and expressly waives all rights to seek, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages and/or any other damages, other than actual out‑of‑pocket expenses, and/or any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. By entering and participating, entrant agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Sweepstakes Entities from and against any and all claims, demands, liability, damages, or causes of action (however named or described) losses, costs or expenses, with respect to or arising out of or related to: (i) entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes, and (ii) entrant's acceptance, use or misuse of a prize (including, without limitation, any property loss, damage, personal injury or death caused to any person(s)). Each prize winner assumes all liability for any injury or damage caused, or claimed to be caused, by participation in this Sweepstakes or use or redemption of a prize. In the event the integrity and/or feasibility of the Sweepstakes is undermined by any event including but not limited to fire, flood, epidemic, earthquake, explosion, labor dispute, or strike, act of God or public enemy, satellite or equipment failure, riot or civil disturbance, war (declared or undeclared), terrorist threat or activity, or any federal, state, provincial or local government law, order of regulation, order of any court or jurisdiction, or other cause not reasonably within the Sponsor’s control (each a “Force Majeure” event) the Sponsor shall have the right, in its sole discretion, to abbreviate, modify, suspend, cancel, or terminate the Sweepstakes without notice or further obligation. If the Sponsor, in its discretion, elects to abbreviate, cancel, or terminate the Sweepstakes as a result of a Force Majeure event, the Sponsor reserves the right, but shall have no obligation, to award the prizes from among all valid and eligible entries received up to the time of such Force Majeure event.
