The options for The Little Play Co. Summer Camp are as follows:
SESSION 1 - July 6 - July 24
SESSION 2 - July 27 - August 13
Session 3 - August 8 - September 3
There is a 3 consecutive week minimum required for all campers.

Here is what happens after your form has been submitted and accepted:
Once we have received completed registration forms including deposit, you will receive a confirmation email with the remaining balance owed. The balance is due one month after deposit is paid. Cash/credit card/check/Venmo are accepted. There is a 3% fee added to all balances paid by credit card.
You will need to send us a copy of your child's immunization records. You can scan and email to: [email protected] or mail to: the little play co. 1400 Hudson Street Suite 1 Hoboken, NJ 07030. PLEASE NOTE, YOUR CHILD'S SPOT IS NOT RESERVED UNTIL WE HAVE RECEIVED IMMUNIZATION RECORDS.

ACCIDENT WAIVER, RELEASE OF LIABILITY, AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK FORM PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING AGREEMENT AND WAIVER CAREFULLY. BY REGISTERING FOR PROGRAMS RUN BY THE LITTLE PLAY CO., YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT YOU HAVE CAREFULLY READ THIS ACCIDENT WAIVER, RELEASE OF LIABILITY, AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK FORM AND AGREE TO THE TERMS SET FORTH BELOW. I am the parent or legal guardian of the child whose name is noted below as the participant (the “Child”) who will be participating in the summer program. I hereby agree that my Child and I will be bound by all the provisions contained herein. I HEREBY ASSUME ALL OF THE RISKS OF MY CHILD’S PARTICIPATION IN ANY/ALL ACTIVITIES ASSOCIATED WITH THE PROGRAM. I agree that my Child’s participation in the program is purely voluntary and I elect to allow my Child to participate knowing the potential risks. I certify that there are no health-related reasons or problems which preclude my Child’s participation in the program. I acknowledge and agree that I am solely responsible for deciding whether or not to allow my Child to participate in the program or to rely upon any instructions, advice, or information regarding the program. In consideration of the programs provided by Little City Play LLC, DBA The Little Play Co., I hereby agree as follows for my Child, myself, our executors, administrators, heirs, next of kin, successors, and assigns as follows: I WAIVE, RELEASE, AND DISCHARGE from any and all claims, actions, causes of action, demands, judgments, damages (including compensatory, general, special, consequential, exemplary and punitive), liability, which may hereafter occur as they are related to the program, Little City Play LLC, DBA The Little Play Co. and/or its directors, officers, employees, volunteers, representatives, and agents; I INDEMNIFY, HOLD HARMLESS, AND PROMISE NOT TO SUE Little City Play LLC, DBA The Little Play Co. and/or its directors, officers, employees, volunteers, representatives, and agents from any and all losses, liabilities, claims, obligations, costs, damages, and/or expenses whatsoever, including but not limited to, any and all attorneys’ fees, costs, damages, and/or judgments directly or indirectly arising out of, or relating to my or my Child’s acts or omissions while participating in the program, whether caused by the negligence of Little City Play LLC, DBA The Little Play Co. or otherwise. I acknowledge that Little City Play LLC, DBA The Little Play Co. and its directors, officers, volunteers, representatives, and agents are NOT responsible for the errors, omissions, acts, or failures to act of any party or entity conducting a portion of the program on their behalf. I hereby consent to allow my Child to receive medical treatment which may be deemed advisable in the event of injury, accident, and/or illness during participation in the program. In the event of sickness, accident, or injury, I authorize The Little Play Co. and its representatives to obtain, on my behalf, emergency medical treatment for my Child to secure such medical treatment at my expense. This Agreement shall be construed broadly to provide a release and waiver to the maximum extent permissible under applicable law. This Agreement shall be construed and enforced according to the laws of the State of New Jersey and any dispute under this Agreement must be brought in this venue and no other. I CERTIFY THAT I HAVE READ THIS DOCUMENT AND I FULLY UNDERSTAND ITS CONTENT. I UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT I AM GIVING UP LEGAL RIGHTS BY SIGNING THIS AGREEMENT AND THAT I AM DOING SO VOLUNTARILY, FREELY, UNDER NO THREAT OF DURESS, WITHOUT INDUCEMENT, PROMISE, OR GUARANTEE BEING COMMUNICATED TO ME. THE SIGNATURE BELOW IS PROOF OF MY INTENTION TO EXECUTE A COMPLETE AND UNCONDITIONAL WAIVER AND RELEASE OF ALL LIABILITY TO THE FULL EXTENT OF THE LAW.
I hereby give and grant Little City Play LLC, DBA The Little Play Co. the unconditional right to use, publish, display, and/or electronically distribute video/recorded voice/photographs that have been recorded of my child whose name is printed in the signature block of this release. (“Likeness”). I agree that The Little Play Co. shall be the owner of the photographs/videos and all rights to them and may copyright the video/recorded voice/photographs in its own name. Little City Play LLC, DBA The Little Play Co. makes no claims of ownership to the content or intellectual property owned by you and presented by you in the Likeness. On behalf of my child, I waive: a) any right to inspect or approve any use of my child’s Likeness and b) any right to royalties or other compensation related to the use of the Likeness. I am a parent or guardian of the minor who is named in this release and I hereby agree that said minor and I will be bound by all the provisions contained herein. This authorization and release shall inure to the benefit of Little City Play LLC, DBA The Little Play Company's legal representatives, licensees, and assigns. I hereby release, discharge, and agree to hold Little City Play LLC, DBA The Little Play Co. and its affiliates harmless from, and agree not to sue for, any claim or cause of action, whether known or unknown, for libel, slander, invasion of right of privacy, unfair competition, false or misleading advertising, violation of a right to publicity or personality, or any other claim or cause of action, based upon or relating to the use of the Likeness or the exercise of any of the rights referred to herein. I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Little City Play LLC, DBA The Little Play Co. and its affiliates from and against any liabilities, losses, claims, demands, costs (including, without limitation, attorneys; fees) and expenses arising in connection with any breach or alleged breach of any of the above representations, warranties or agreement hereunder.
