Welcome to the 2017 Superwoman Summit! We just need you to be aware of a few things.

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") apply to all participants ("You") who are registered and attending the 2017 Superwoman Summit (the "Event") put on by the Superwoman Project, LLC ("Us," or "We"). You hereby acknowledge You have read, understand, and agree to abide by these Terms.

By checking this box, you understand that all Superwoman Project and Superwoman Summit logos are the exclusive property of the Superwoman Project, LLC (the "Superwoman Project IP"). You agree not to use, reproduce, modify, or distribute Superwoman Project IP without express written permission from Us to do so. * Please check it here.

By checking this box, you understand that this event will be videotaped and photographed. You understand some recorded content may include you. We will use recorded content in a variety of ways moving forward, including marketing and promotion of the Superwoman Project offerings. By participating in this event, You understand and agree to waive all personality rights, and you grant a gratis perpetual license to use all content to the Superwoman Project. If you prefer not to be included in recorded content, please sit in the marked locations, orin the last row during the course of the Event. * Please check it here.

By checking this box, you understand you may elect to participate in physical activities, such as yoga and other movement activities. You understand that you know your body much better than we do, and any activity you participate may have risks. You voluntarily assume responsibility for participation in all activities. If you feel unable or uncomfortable, you are responsible for ceasing the activity. * Please check it here.

By checking this box, you understand that tickets to this Event are non-refundable. You can transfer your ticket to another name until one month prior to the event by contacting [email protected]. Transfers will not be permitted after September 22, 2017 at midnight. * Please check it here.

By checking this box, you are aware that alcohol will be served during this Event. You are not permitted to, and will not, consume alcohol if you were born after October 20, 1996. You agree not to provide either drink tickets or alcoholic beverages to other Participants born who are not yet 21 years of age. * Please check it here.

By checking this box, you agree to abide by these Terms by participating in this Event. If We determine, in Our sole discretion, that You have violated or are likely to violate the Terms, We may take any action We deem necessary to cure or prevent the violation, including without limitation, the immediate removal of You without refund. The workshop leaders, speakers, and sponsors are professionals but will not provide specific professional advice. You must contact them separately to engage independently with them in exchange for specific services.
