Reservations for our Baden Spa spa may be made online at BadenSpa.com at least 18 hours prior to your visit, or by calling the Spa directly at 561-584-8575. We encourage you to schedule your Spa services well in advance of your visit to ensure the widest selection of treatments and appointment times. Spa appointments must be held with a credit card.
We require that any changes or cancellations are made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time.
Third party Vouchers will be redeemed 48 hours in advance of the reservation time.
All non-cancellations or "No-Shows" are subject to a fee of $50, including vouchers purchased on third party websites. By making an appointment, clients agree to the Spa policy.
Out of respect for our clientele, treatments for clients arriving more than fifteen minutes late will be honored at the spa manager's discretion.
Please prepare ahead for your spa relaxation time by arriving 20-30 minutes before your scheduled first time of appointment to complete a short health form and change into treatment appropriate clothing.
Arriving late for your appointment will shorten the length of your session(s). As a courtesy to all our guests, we regret that we cannot extend your service into the next guest's appointment time. Full charges apply for remaining portion of your session.
Face and treatments are not recommended on recently sunburned skin. We also recommend that all ladies do not shave at least four hours prior to receiving a body treatment. We request that all male guests do not shave the same day as the Gentlemen's Facial.
Please arrange for childcare in advance of your appointment to respect the quiet of our adult environment. We offer a limited range of services for guests 12 and above and require parental supervision. Please inquire for more details.
Upon arrival, we recommend enjoying some tea or water before your session in our reception area, where you will wait for your spa therapist to meet you.
Next, for your session you will be escorted to your private treatment room and given instructions to disrobe to your level of comfort for your session. Undergarments may be worn if preferred. Your spa therapist will leave as you prepare.
Your comfort is important to us. Our professional spa therapists will drape your body to unveil only the portion of the body that is being treated for every session. Professional draping is performed throughout the duration of the service for privacy. Draping is not optional at Baden Spa and this policy is strictly respected by our therapists to the best of our knowledge.
Baden Spa & Wellness is a smoke-free facility. Alcohol is not permitted within the spa. For your best health and safety, we do not recommend excessive consumption of alcohol before or after your treatments. The detoxifying effects of these services along with the dehydrating effects of excessive alcohol consumption are contraindicated.
A brief health form and release must be completed prior to salon or spa services. This information assists our spa therapists to plan for your service and to assure your maximum safety and comfort. Please advise the reservationist in advance of any special medical or physical conditions such as allergies, pregnancy, high blood pressure, complicated health issues or special needs. We reserve the right to decline service to guests who are in the first stage of pregnancy, have complicated medical issues that spa services may be contraindicated or those who have arrived visibly intoxicated.
All prices and services subject to change without notice. For your convenience, a 20% service charge is applied to each service (based on the full price of the service), which is distributed to the spa staff as part of their compensation and may be collected prior to the service for first time clients. Gratuities are appreciated, but can be accepted in cash only.

By booking an appointment and receiving a service, the client is agreeing to our Spa Policy and thus responsible for complete payment and service charge.
We accept cash, all major credit cards, Baden Spa gift cards and personal checks. Payments are charged to your card only after you check in. All rates subject to applicable additional fees and taxes.
Spa lockers are not available for our spa guests. Please do not bring valuables as Baden Spa & Wellness cannot be responsible for lost or stolen items.
We strive to provide you with the best possible spa experience, therefore please let us know the day of your purchase or service if you have a concern or complaint. Services and sales are final and non-refundable. Dissatisfactory services may be eligible for similar services of the same value.
