MICROSCOPES & MACHINES EVENT LIABILITY WAIVER

I HEREBY ASSUME ALL OF THE RISKS OF PARTICIPATING IN ANY/ALL ACTIVITIES ASSOCIATED WITH THIS EVENT, including by way of example and not limitation, any risks that may arise from negligence or carelessness on the part of the persons or entities being released, from dangerous or defective equipment or property owned, maintained, or controlled by them, or because of their possible liability without fault.

I certify that I am physically fit and that there are no health-related reasons or problems which preclude my participation in this activity or event. I am aware that participation with any and all plant medicines including cannabis, may be hazardous to conducting other activity. The risks include but are not limited to: actions of other people, including, but not limited to, participants, volunteers, event officials, and/or producers of the event; operating heavy machinery, lack of hydration, weather, and/or other natural conditions. I hereby assume all of the risks of participating in this event.

I acknowledge that this Accident Waiver and Release of Liability (AWRL) form will be used by A Dope Conference Company, the co-hosts and sponsors of the event in which I may participate and it will govern my actions and responsibilities at aid event.

In consideration of my participation in this event, I hereby take action for myself, my executors, administrators, heirs, next of kin, successors, and assigns as follows: (A) Waive, release, and discharge from any and all liability for my death, disability, personal injury, property damage, property theft or actions of any kind which may hereafter accrue to me or my traveling to and from this event, THE FOLLOWING ENTITIES OR PERSONS: A Dope Conference Company, (Laura Albers, Ariel Clark, Joseph Verdi, Alicia Wapen, Travis Turner) and their employees, volunteers, representatives, the event co-hosts, event sponsors, and event volunteers, (B) indemnify and hold harmless all entities or persons mentioned in this paragraph from any and all liabilities or claims made by other individuals or entities as a result of my actions during this event.

I hereby consent to receive medical treatment that may be deemed advisable in the event of injury, accident, and/or illness during this event. * Please check it here.

A Dope Conference Company is not responsible or liable for any claim, loss or damage of items resulting from cannabis product use by you or any user. * Please check it here.

A Dope Conference Company will be photographing and digitally recording parts of the Microscopes & Machines event and reserves the right to use any such photographs / videos / digital recordings in its advertising, displays, publicity materials and publications without obtaining further consent from any participant. * Please check it here.

The undersigned participant agrees that A Dope Conference Company and its representatives shall not be held liable for any injury, damage, loss, delay or irregularity for any reason, including but not limited to any defect in a vehicle, acts or default of any company or person engaged in conveying a participant, natural disasters or unforeseen events, delays or expenses arising from such occasions. * Please check it here.

This AWRL shall be construed broadly to provide a release and waiver to the maximum extent permissible under the applicable law.
