Make a promise to the club business owners by signing a club waiver.

NO ALCOHOL or ILLEGAL DRUGS or DRUG PARAPHERNALIA. No alcohol, illegal drugs, controlled substances, or drug paraphernalia may be possessed, used, sold or distributed in, at or upon the club facility. Any violation thereof shall result in my immediate expulsion from the club and prohibition from using the club in the future. 

ASSUMPTION OF RISK. I am in good health and hereby assume full responsibility for any and all risks, including; but not limited to, personal and bodily injury, illness or sickness, property damage or stolen property, arising from my use of or presence at the club or my association with other members. I am aware that some extreme sexual and non-sexual activities can be considered hazardous. If I choose to view or participate in hazardous activities, I do so with full knowledge of the dangers involved and I accept and assume full responsibility for any and all risks of property damage, personal injury or illness, and death.

RELEASE, WAIVER, DISCHARGE AND PROMISE NOT TO SUE. I hereby, release, waive, discharge and promise not to sue XRS Corporation dba Club San Diego or its shareholders, beneficiaries, directors, officers, employees, successors, agents or representatives for any loss, damages, costs or expenses arising or resulting from my use of or presence in or at the club or my association with other members, including without limitation, those based on personal or bodily injury, illness or sickness, or property damage, whether or not caused by the negligence or fault of Club San Diego or its representatives. I understand that by executing this agreement, I am giving up any and all legal rights I may otherwise have to assert such a claim or lawsuit against representatives. 

DEFEND, INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS.  I agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Club San Diego and its representatives from any claims, demands, losses, obligations, costs,  judgments, and attorneys’ fees arising from or related to my use of or presence at the club or my association with other members.

VOLUNTARY PARTICIPATION. I am freely and voluntarily choosing to attend and participate in any hosted special events either to view or actually participate in activities that I know are adult oriented and sexually explicit and can involve acts such as domination, submission, bondage, discipline, sadism, masochism and other explicit and non-sex acts including. bit not limited to, spanking, paddling, whipping, edge play, bondage, suspension, and physical person to person contact. If I choose to view or participate, then I understand that I may come in contact with the bodily fluids of others, either intentionally, unintentionally or accidentally; and I understand and accept my personal responsibility of the risks associated with such contact. I understand that this contact and these activities involve significant risk including the risk of serious illness and injury; and that these risks arise from the nature of the activities themselves as well as the possible negligent, reckless or intentional conduct of the participants and attendees. I hold XRS Corporation dba Club San Diego harmless for the actions of myself or others including members, management and staff.

MISCELLANEOUS. I have read and understand this agreement and have voluntarily signed it of my own free will. I have had the opportunity to consult with an attorney as to the meaning and effect of this agreement and as to whether to sign it. I further understand and agree that no oral representations, statements, promises or inducements of any kind have been made. I understand that XRS Corporation dba Club San Diego is permitting me to use and be present upon the club facility in consideration of my execution of this agreement and that XRS Corporation dba Club San Diego would not grant me such permission without my full consent. By entering my email and/or phone number I grant permission for XRS Corporation dba Club San Diego to use them in club promotions.
