At Urban Betty, we pride ourselves on our ability, professionalism, and integrity.
During the examination and consultation with the client, we will offer our professional advice regarding color, cut and style, etc.
Should the client wish to proceed, contrary to the expert advice and experience of the stylist, the stylist and the salon will not accept responsibility for any adverse outcome due to the client’s insistence to proceed.
The salon also has the right to refuse to proceed, in the stylist’s sole discretion, while considering the best interests of the client and the professional reputation of the salon.
If the client does insist on proceeding, the client will be required to sign the indemnity agreement and release provision below, which absolves the stylist and the salon from subsequent action or prosecution for any dissatisfaction or injury due to the insistence of the client to proceed against the professional advice given.
I hereby sign this release and hold harmless agreement absolving the stylist and the salon from any and all subsequent liability arising from the treatment I decided upon, which was against the professional advice given to me, which may result in any dissatisfaction or injury.
