You should know we take caution while repairing your device; however, there is always a risk where something unknown can occur. In signing, and in exchange for repair services being rendered, you acknowledge that the Cellairis franchisee that is performing the service is not an authorized service dealer and the parts are not original equipment manufactured. Further, in signing, you agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless the Cellairis franchisee and Cellairis Franchise, Inc. from any installation services performed on my device, even if the damage is caused by the negligence of the Cellairis franchisee performing the service. By signing you agree not to take any legal action in any forum against Cellairis Franchise, Inc. and your signature shall act as a full and complete release and as an affirmative Covenant Not to Sue Cellairis Franchise, Inc., or its affiliates.
We HIGHLY RECOMMEND that you back up your data for your safekeeping, and you understand that the Cellairis franchisee is not responsible for any data loss which may occur as a result of the work being done.
