I, the undersigned acknowledge that the consequences of an accident of any nature whatsoever resulting from any cause whatsoever whilst participating directly or indirectly in the above activities can be serious or fatal. I hereby indemnify the company, its servants, employees, agencies and contractors and waive any and all rights to claim, in respect of any injury or mental illnessto myself whether fatal or otherwise or damage to my property, which can occur during one of the above mentioned activities, hwoever such loss occurs and whether or not such injury is due to any form of negligence on the part of the Company, their Directors, servants, employees, agents and contractors.
