Payments/Deposits
There is a 50% nonrefundable deposit required to reserve all dates/times and in order to start your birthday party planning process; payable with cash or any major credit card. Your party date and time are not reserved until Glitz & Glam receives your party contract and deposit. All final payments will be due at time of the party to be paid by cash, money order or credit/debit.
Cancellations/Refunds
If you must cancel your birthday party for any reason, the following refund policy applies. We will be unable to refund your deposit. If you need to reschedule and your party is more than 2 weeks away, we will gladly offer an alternative party date for your consideration at no additional cost. If your party is less than 2 weeks away you will forfeit your deposit. In the event of inclement weather, severe illness or other unforeseen emergencies, we reserve the right to cancel any event and offer an alternative available party date at no additional cost.
Final Headcount
Final headcount is confirmed 2 days prior to the event. Please confirm guest list. You will be responsible for all guests (over max) confirmed at final head count. Final payment is due the day of the event (prior to start of birthday party).
Day of the Party
Arrival Time: Will arrive approximately 30 -45 minutes prior to each birthday party for setup.
Pets: Please remove all pets from the party area prior to our arrival.
Parking: Please leave some space for us to park near an entrance where we will not be blocked in. We would appreciate easy access; we may have heavy items to carry into your birthday party.
Sink Area: We will need a sink area in order to continue to fill and refill the spa bowls.
Photos/Video
We always encourage parents to take as many photos and recorded videos as possible. Any photos or videos taken by our company are the sole ownership of Glitz & Glam, LLC and we may use them for promotional purposes on our website, print ads or publications. We always respect our client’s privacy and for this reason, your personal information will not be disclosed to third-parties. You also have the choice of not having your pictures taken.
Safety/Hygiene
THESE PARTIES ARE ENTERTAINMENT PURPOSES ONLY. We are not licensed cosmetologists. Glitz & Glam, LLC is not responsible for allergenic reactions as a result of our products and services. All guests are asked to provide any and ALL allergy information. We do not file, clip or trim nails or skin. Please inform your invited guests that it is extremely helpful if they come to the party with clean nails and feet and all polish removed. Robes- We bring enough robes for your guests. All robes, washcloths and linens are always clean and freshly laundered in color safe bleach between parties.

The client will fully indemnify and hold harmless Glitz & Glam, LLC and employees from and against all liabilities, claims expenses, damages and losses, including legal fees (on indemnity basis), arising out of or in connection with spa treatments or services.
