I agree to let IMR Float, LLC charge my credit card for $65 per month on the day I signed up. I understand there is a 2-month minimum commitment and IMR Float requires a minimum 30 day written notice by email, should I want to cancel. I understand my membership credits never expire and roll over to the next month if not used.
I understand there is a 50% of service price assessed to my account if I cancel with less than a 12 hour notice. There will also be 100% of the service price assessed if I no-call no show for my appointment.
