In exchange for allowing my participation in Road to the Send Zone (the “Activity”) organized by Sender, Inc. (“Sendoso”), I, the undersigned hereby enter into this Consent (the “Consent”) and agree as follows:

I hereby authorize Sendoso to (and to allow others to) use, reproduce, disseminate, alter and otherwise exploit any recording, video, audio or image of the Activity and my participation in the Activity, (including, without limitation, any manner in which such activity may be recorded or remembered or modified) or derivatives or extensions or imitations thereof in any manner Sendoso sees fit.  I hereby waive any rights of paternity, integrity, disclosure and withdrawal and any other rights that may be known as or referred to as “moral rights,” “artist’s rights,” “droit moral,” or the like under applicable law, I hereby agree not to assert such with respect to any action taken by Sendoso pursuant to this Consent. I will confirm any such ratifications, consents and agreements from time to time as requested by Company.    

This Consent shall be binding upon the parties and their respective heirs, administrators, personal representatives, executors, successors and assigns. The provisions of this Consent are severable. If any provision is held to be invalid or unenforceable, it shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. This Consent constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes any prior oral or written agreements or understandings between the parties concerning the subject matter of hereof. This Consent may not be altered, amended or modified, except by a written document signed by both parties. The terms of this Consent shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California.

I have carefully read and fully understand all the provisions of this Consent and am freely, knowingly and voluntarily entering into this Consent.
