Welcome to Mooi Studio. Please take the time to complete the appropriate intake/wavier before your appointment. Even if you are a returning client and you have not completed a waiver as of 5/9/24 We will need an updated waiver for every client. Once completed we will just need you to confirm that all of the infomation is up to date for each additional appoinment moving forward.
